Today is a day to have your fill of tasty treats as tomorrow will be Ash Wednesday, the start of Lent, which is 40 days before Easter and traditionally a time of "giving something up".
But instead of thinking that way, why not choose to feel you are starting something new instead? Think of Lent as a time to kick-start that healthy eating plan, or fitness routine you half-attempted back in January? From the 15th February especially, anything you start now, stands a good chance of succeeding! By the time Easter arrives, you just might not want those chocolate eggs? Yes! Maybe?
